This app has a light mode, but it looks kind of bad, so I don't recommend using it.
"Hide decorations for long days" reduces motion and limits bright colors in case I get a migraine.
There's no syncing on this app so I personally put everything in on desktop mode and then export a backup, then email that data to myself and then open it on mobile.
